• STAFF: 5 REM or (5000 mREM) or (5 Sv) per yr.

• PREGNANT STAFF: after official declaration is 0.5 REM/pregnancy

• PATIENT: fluoroscopist prescribes the dose on-the-fly based upon risk/benefit for patient’s health management
